Export Administrator - German Speaking

£18-24k DOE


Fantastic new role for German speaking Export Administrator to join my client, a successful and growing business based in Maidstone.

Duties for this role include:

  • Raising quotes and Sales Acknowledgements
  • Processing orders
  • Following up sales enquiries
  • Supporting with translation to support Marketing and Sales departments
  • Extensive liaison with customers offering exceptional customer service
  • Problem solving where necessary
  • Dealing with deliveries
  • Chasing overdue payments
  • Accurately managing the database

The successful candidate will have/be:

  • Strong communication skills and be fluent in German to a business level
  • Solid office based experience, ideally in customer service
  • Calm under pressure
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • A positive, professional attitude
  • A friendly approach
  • Honest and genuine
