An exciting opportunity for our busy client in the Tonbridge area has a new opening for a Customer Service Administrator to join their team.

This is a great opportunity for a positive person looking for a new challenge within a hardworking, friendly team of over 20 passionate employees.

Duties include:

  • Answering calls daily ensuring the best customer service is given
  • Managing and updating systems such as email & webchat
  • Sales administration
  • Liaising with customers answering any questions, queries, requests & complaints.
  • General office administration

The successful candidate will have/be;
