An exciting new position has become available for a proven Customer Support professional to join a successful client based in East Kent as a Internal Account Manager.

You will be responsible for providing first class customer service!

Please note, candidates must be flexible with the below working hours & weekend shifts;

Monday - Friday between 7-7pm / 2 in 3 Saturday & Sunday between 7-5pm

Responsibilites:

  • Dealing with a high volume of calls from customers, including orders, invoicing, data entry, identifying and actioning sales leads, quotations, telesales & payment entry.
  • Being proactive in both assisting the customer and enforcing the back of house administration to ensure that the office is organised and efficient.
  • Communicate all details, messages and handovers to the relevant departments as necessary and liaise with all personnel to ensure that the customer is receiving the best levels of service, seeing each job through to its conclusion.
  • Ensure designated time is set out for proactive sales activity

Requirements:

  • Proven successful customer support experience
  • Excellemnt telephone manner
  • Problem solving abilities
  • Results Orientated
  • Work independently and in teams
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software
  • Must be well presented

Hours:

40 hour week

Monday - Friday between 7-7pm / 2 in 3 Saturday & Sunday between 7-5pm
