An exciting new position has become available for a ER Advisor to join a successful client based in North Kent.

The successful candidate will provide effective Employee Relations Advisory and Case Management Service to all managers and employees.

Responsibilities:

  • Support all disciplinary, performance management and grievance cases
  • Disciplinary, grievance and performance management data
  • Analyse, interpret and act on data from scheduled and ad hoc reports
  • Ensure that the Disciplinary, Grievance and Performance Improvement / Capability policies and procedures are relevant and provide clear guidance that represent the law and any best practice
  • Support Managers with writing and wording bespoke letters in respect of disciplinary, grievance and performance management cases

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of UK and European employment legislation is essential
  • Experience of providing an Employee Relations / HR Advisory service to internal managers and employees on Employee Relations matters
  • Experience of managing conduct, grievance and performance cases
  • Experience of acting as a HR Advisor at conduct / capability hearings
  • Knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office, in particular Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
  • Hold or be working towards a relevant professional qualification
