My client, a well-established leisure business based in West Kent are looking for an experienced, organised, and polished Executive Assistant to join them on a full time and permanent basis. This opportunity includes hybrid working and occasional travel to London - expenses covered.

The ideal candidate will have corporate EA experience and be able to hit the ground running! You will be working closely with Directors and providing administrative support to the HR Manager.

Duties include;

  • General assistance to include diary management, minute taking, correspondence, filing, making telephone calls, arranging meetings, arranging refreshments for meetings and other general assistance as required.
  • Supporting the MD by handling direct incoming telephone enquiries and emails.
  • Providing administrative support to the HR Manager.
  • Creating Presentations alongside marketing teams.
  • Proof reading of documents and the preparation of both legal and tender documents
  • Creation of spreadsheets and presentations on a high level
  • Making travel and accommodation arrangements as required for multiple people
  • Attendance at business meetings, including Board Meetings pro-actively taking relevant notes and action points to produce minutes. Taking ownership of action points where possible and following up on deadlines with others.
  • Liaising with clients, suppliers and associates from time to time and as directed
  • To answer incoming telephone calls on overflow from the switchboard as part of the overall Administration Team as required
  • Organising Company-wide meetings or Company social events (such as the Summer Social or Christmas Parties) - Sourcing appropriate venues, providing costings and ensuring that all requirements for the event are in place
  • To assist in covering for absent colleagues as directed
  • Providing support on personal matters and errands as required

The successful candidate will;

  • Have strong corporate EA/ PA experience
  • Have supported Senior Management and Directors
  • Demonstrate excellent organisational skills and have previous experience of working in a fast paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Be an expert at managing diaries and multiple priorites
  • Be professional, hardworking and reliable
  • Competent in using the full range of Microsoft Office products
  • Have exceptional communication skills
  • Be able to travel as required with notice
