An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Finance & Office Manager to join a small, however highly successful business based in Erith.

The successful candidate will be a Senior Accountant with a background in managing a team.

Although this role is Finance related, you will also be required to support with the day to day operations covering the entire business.

Finance Responsibilities:

• Monthly management accounts
• Bank reconciliations
• VAT Returns and monthly checks
• Credit checks
• Payroll (1-50 people)
• Purchase/Sales Ledger
• Credit Control

Operations Responsibilities:

• Costings
• Ordering and negotiating
• Stock control
• Organising potential deliveries
• Covering for MD when on annual leave

Office Management Responsibilities:

• Staff reviews
• Customer service
• Liaise with HR
• Liaise with IT consultant

Salary up to £45K
