Financial Services Administrator

£25,000 - £28,000 DOE (Mon-Fri)

My client, a well reputed and established company are looking for a Financial Services Administrator to join them on a full time and permanent basis.

This is a great opportunity for a proactive professional looking for a new challenge within the financial sector!

Duties Include;

  • Processing new business, surrenders, fund switches and deed of assignments as per the Summary of Actions using cases on CRM (Xplan)
  • Liaising with clients / customers; submitting instructions online or send the relevant paperwork to product providers
  • Add new plans and fee expectations on Xplan
  • To be efficient in verifying and accurately recording all changes to existing members arrangements, ensuring all personal data is kept up to date
  • Update task and case on Xplan with tracking notes
  • Liaise with Advisor and Associate with progress of application
  • Send contract notes and policy documents to clients
  • To provide assistance and support to other team members on other ad-hoc tasks
  • To build and maintain effective working relationships with all stakeholders ensuring a professional high service is given at all times

The successful candidate will be/ have;

  • Proven work experience in a previous Administration role within Financial Services
  • Experience using (CRM) XPLAN is an advantage
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a good level of commercial awareness
  • A good attention to detail
  • A pro-active, enthusiastic attitude
  • Strong organisation and prioritisation skills
  • Strong MS Office skills (Intermediate - advanced Excel skills)
  • A reliable, loyal and flexible attitude
  • The ability to multitask in a high pressured environment
