Inbound Sales Agent - Hygiene

£25,000- £32,000 BASIC per annum DOE + uncapped Commission+On call allowance

Location: Outskirts of Orpington & Sevenoaks

Must drive due to location

Office Based, NO remote working!

Hours: Monday to Friday - 8.30am - 5pm - However you will need to be flexible as you will need to take the out of hours mobile (1 in 4 weeks) on call to support the emergency out of hours service, plus a Saturday and Sunday (you will be paid extra money for this)

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a driven Inbound Sales Agent to join my growing client who work in the Hygiene industry, who are looking to expand their sales team.

This role will deliver daily leads for you to develop and convert to expand the portfolio of customers. You will be responsible for converting these leads, and up selling the product range for the business.

The the ideal candidate will be super confident and have strong empathy skills as you will be dealing with a varied client base. You will be a driven individual who likes to stand out and develop with a forward thinking expanding business. Duties include;

• Manage inbound sales calls from new and existing customers providing excellent service and cross/ up-selling products where possible
• Respond to any new leads providing expert service and advice on products
• Update and maintain the in-house CRM system, logging all information and calls onto customer accounts
• Manage the out of hours emergency calls on a rota basis; including weekends when required

The right candidate will have/be;

• Relevant recent experience of working in a B2C or BCB telesales environment

• Must be computer literate and have strong interpersonal skills.

• Be able to thrive under pressure in a KPI-driven, targeted environment

• The ability to quickly build rapport and engage customers on the phone.

• Good questioning and listening skills, with the ability to overcome objections.

• A tenacious and resilient personality.

• Confidence making new contacts, pitching, and closing sales.

• A team player

• Previous experience in cleaning/pest control services/Hygiene is desirable, but not essential as training will be offered
