HR Business Partner Job No: RF/HRBP

An exciting new position has become available for a HR Business Partner to join a successful client based in South Kent!

You will be responsible for delivering a high performing HR service to the group, covering numerous locations therefore travel is required.

Duties:

  • Review and propose improvements to existing HR policies and procedures
  • Provide advice and support to Management team for all HR matters including absence, conduct and capability, grievance and disciplinary and a broad range of employee relations activities
  • Support, coach and build the capability of the Management team, providing feedback and constructively challenging inappropriate behaviours and actions
  • Promote Development and Training to support a high performing team model
  • Manage the monthly payroll process including time sheets review, overtime and adjustments calculations and payment processing. Review and propose improvements to payroll process and ongoing leadership of this activity.
  • To support recruitment processes, monitor probation periods and conduct exit interviews
  • when necessary

Requirements:

  • Associate CIPD member
  • Experience with monthly payroll
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent IT skills (Microsoft, HRIS)
  • Have a proactive, problem-solving mind-set
  • Confident and engaging approach

The role requires flexibility to visit other business / sites on a regular basis therefore flexibility is key!

Core hours 8.30-5.30pm
