Job Title: HR Recruitment Consultant

Salary: £20 - 30k DOE + UNCAPPED commission OTE £35 - 80k+++

Location: Maidstone

Pearson Whiffin Recruitment are looking for a self-motivated Recruitment Consultant with a positive, driven attitude to join an established and successful team, developing a specialist Human Resources desk, with clients and jobs from day one!

Duties include:

• Building your desk through business development activities targeted at both new and lapsed clients, both over the phone and in person.
• Personal account management of existing business.
• Developing excellent, long term relationships with clients to really understand their current and future recruitment needs and internal culture.
• Using a range of creative resourcing techniques to source candidates.
• Building great relationships with your candidate base, starting with face-to-face registrations.
• Being an effective part of a strong, collaborative team who support and celebrate one another's successes.
• Offering the highest standards of customer service and integrity to clients, candidates, and internally.
• All associated administration, including writing engaging adverts.

The successful candidate will have:

• Experience of working either within HR or as a recruitment consultant specialising in HR roles. Graduates in HR related courses would also be welcome.
• Plenty of drive, ambition, and self-motivation.
• Really good relationship building skills, creating long lasting connections built on mutual trust and respect.
• Resilience and tenacity.
• Great attention to detail and organisational skills.
• The ability to pick up new systems with ease.
• Fantastic communication skills and an innate interest in people.
• Flexibility and adaptability.
• The desire to work within a team, supporting and being supported by others.
