Joining a diverse, fun and friendly team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates. You will be managing all aspects of a new vacancy from start to finish.

Are you a Recruiter who loves working in a fast paced, high volume environment?!

The successful candidate will already have relevant recruitment experience, either agency or internal. Your role will be to provide a high quality talent acquisition service to all internal divisions.

Duties include;

  • Working with key hiring managers within the business to understand all recruitment requirements
  • Spending time with all the different teams and departments within the organisation to analyse job roles to then be able to create high quality job adverts/descriptions
  • Managing suitable applicants, headhunting and sourcing new talent
  • Arranging interviews through the applicant tracking system and attending when possible to provide support to the hiring managers
  • Providing accurate and professional feedback to all applicants, giving prospective employees verbal offers of employment
  • Supporting new employees into the business by providing guidance around the on boarding process
  • Running reports on the successful number of job hires that have been made on a monthly basis, ensuring this is accurate before sending to relevant managers within the business
  • Approaching all tasks with a innovate manner. Creativity and inventiveness are highly welcomed.

The successful candidate will be/ have;

  • Previous experience of working within Recruitment, either in-house or agency
  • The ability to multitask in a very fast paced environment
  • A high level of attention to detail
  • Self motivated to meet strict deadlines
  • Strong communication skills
  • A brilliant team player
  • Experience of using IT systems, databases and MS Office Applications, being able to manipulate and retrieve data
