IT Support Analyst

£35,000 - £45,000 per annum

Technical Requirements: Desktop and Laptop Support, Laptop and Desktop deployment and build, Printers and Scanners, Microsoft Office, Windows OS, Adobe, Cintra, CRM, CAD, peripheral hardware, Mobiles, Tablets

Pearson Whiffin Recruitment are currently working with a fantastic, sought-after employer. We are looking for an experienced Support Analyst to join our client on a contract basis until the end of the year. With the opportunity to go permanent for the right person, this is not an opportunity you will want to miss!

You can expect to be:

• Maintaining IT Hardware; including building and deployment
• Logging of jobs, ensuring all jobs are escalated and followed up on where necessary
• Providing both desk-side and remote support
• Ensuring compliance at all times
• Checking and maintaining backup tapes
• Utilising knowledge of cyber security to maintain a safe working environment
• Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of the IT industry and new technologies
• Producing and maintaining documentation associated with the IT Infrastructure
• Providing excellent customer service at all times

The successful candidate will:

• Be personable with an excellent telephone manner
• Have good written communication skills
• Be flexible and adaptable
• Have experience in a similar role
• Have a working knowledge of a wide range of IT equipment

• Backup, Antivirus and Print Solutions
• PC Hardware
• Active Directory (AD)
• Microsoft Exchange
• Mac OS
• Microsoft System Centre Suite
• SOX

This is an exciting opportunity to join a large, successful support team working within an outstanding company. The role is a fixed term contract running until the end of the year with the opportunity to go permanent for the right candidate.
