Job Title: Junior Sales Lister

Salary: £18 - 20,000 DOE, OTE £35,000

Location: Ashford

Hours: Mon - Fri 8:30am - 6pm, Sat 9am - 3pm with a day off in lieu

Due to internal promotion, our client has a vacancy for an enthusiastic and driven Junior Lister to join this thriving family business based in Ashford. You will have a keen interest in property and sales, with proven relationship building skills and a real thirst to prove yourself and excel.

Duties include:

• Regular prospecting and business development, picking up the phone and calling through the company database to generate business and viewings.
• Developing successful, lasting business relationships with vendors, developers, third parties, and buyers.
• Providing accurate and knowledgeable property valuations.
• Using your social media knowledge to market the company, and your listings, across the likes of Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.
• Progressing sales through from initial viewings, through offer and acceptance, to completion, managing the flow of accurate, timely paperwork, and liaising with all parties involved to keep the process as swift and smooth as possible.

The successful candidate will have:

• Proven sales experience, ideally telesales, with a track record of working to and exceeding targets.
• Bags of confidence, tenacity, perseverance, and drive.
• Good organisation and administration skills.
• Fantastic communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly, maintain and develop relationships, and negotiate effectively.
