If so, then please continue reading! We are looking for a Lettings Administrator to join our well-established client based in a beautiful town in West Kent on a full time and permanent basis.

Responsibilities include;

• Communicating with tenants and landlords on a regular basis
• Dealing with lettings applications and enquiries
• Arranging viewings with prospective tenants
• Routine property inspections and maintenance
• Remaining compliant when drafting letters and contracts
• Preparing new properties for marketing
• Working occasional Saturday mornings as and when required with time off in lieu.

To be successful you will have/ be;

• Experience gained from a Lettings Administrator role or previous Administration experience with an interest in property
• Familiar or confident in working with Landlords and tenants.
• Ability to converse with a variety of customers effectively.
• Strong team player but can also work independently using own initiative.
• Ambitious and result driven with the desire to succeed and become part of the team
• A full UK Driving License and vehicle
