Logistics Coordinator

Your responsibility would be to manage all logistics processes, including suppliers in order to ensure timely, quality delivery is achieved at the minimum cost level and with full adherence to all customs procedures.

Duties include:

• Day to day management of inbound and outbound movements
• Day to day management of detailed and accurate reporting of all logistics procedures
• Establishment and management of a 3PL development profile
• Relationship building with all stakeholders to ensure getting the most out of every encounter
• Timely and effective problem solving
• Building and issuing capacity forecasts
• Working collaboratively with internal teams and 3PL suppliers
• Establishment and management of a reverse logistics process
• Data management and reconciliation
• Dealing with all HMRC reporting and auditing requirements; building relationships with HMRC
• Any other associated duties/functions

The successful candidate will have/be:

• Demonstrable experience within a similar role
• Knowledge of customs legislation
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with ease
• Organised with a good attention to detail
• Advanced Excel
• Ideally educated to degree level
