Long term temporary receptionist

Job Role: Receptionist

Location: Tonbridge

£10 per hour

Start - ASAP

Monday - Thursday - 8:00 - 17:00 - 1 Hour Lunch

Friday - 8:00 - 16:00 - 1 Hour Lunch

My client is looking to hire a confident, driven professional and personable Receptionist to join their team on a full time, temporary basis.

You can expect to be:

• Managing the switchboard and redirecting calls
• Meet and greet
• Processing incoming and outgoing post - using franking machine
• Arranging and booking hotels and travel arrangements
• Invoicing
• Managing attendance and holiday records
• Creating hand over and tender folders
• Maintaining facilities
• Stock management of printing consumables
• Various other ad-hoc duties as required

The successful candidate will be/have:

• Previous front of house experience
• A positive and pro-active personality
• Good organisational skills
• Outstanding communication skills
• Able to drive with own transport due to location
