Marketing & Customer Support Coordinator

North Kent

Monday to Friday - Hybrid working

My client, a successful and established organisation are looking for an experienced and reliable Marketing & Customer Support Coordinator to them on a full time and permanent basis.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working within Marketing and be confident enough to step into a standalone position with a real enthusiasm to make the role their own!

The main purpose of the role is to provide support to the Marketing team with any new leads, prospecting for new customers and contacts, market intelligence gathering, digital marketing and international events support.

Duties include:

  • Nurture and qualify leads from webinars and promotional campaigns, add identified leads into our CRM database once qualified
  • Utilise LinkedIn to identify key contacts/ new leads
  • Actively gather market research for growth markets and scan the internet for relevant events in EMEA for the business to attend/ exhibit face to face or webinars
  • Develop LinkedIn posts related to EMEA activities such as team building, charity events or Investors in People
  • Send compliance mailings relating to price increases and changes to packaging
  • Create tablet images using keyshot design software
  • Central admin resource for all EMEA Events such as, developing graphics and completing all administration for all tradeshows and conferences, support all overseas events (sending brochures, branded merchandisers, pull up posters etc)
  • Other Adhoc tasks when requested i.e. organising UK marketing cupboard etc

The right candidate will have/be:

  • Previous experience working within Marketing/ Digital Marketing
  • Confident in prioritising a busy and demanding workload
  • Strong organisation skills
  • The ability to multitask under pressure
  • Computer literate & strong using all MS Office applications
  • A meticulous attention to detail
  • A good telephone manner
  • A strong academic record demonstrating your numeracy and literacy skills
