Great opportunity for a generalist Marketing Executive to join this dynamic and growing company at their comfortable offices in Tunbridge Wells!

You will be responsible for planning, managing, and executing the marketing plan for an identified brand within the business, using all your commercial acumen and creativity to increase engagement and analyse impact.

Duties include:

• Being responsible and accountable for the development, execution, and performance of a marketing plan, in collaboration with senior management.
• Considering the entire customer life cycle in developing 360 degree marketing ideas.
• Generating and monitoring new and repeat client engagement.
• Implementing regular review platforms in order to obtain customer feedback.
• Working collaboratively with the web and digital teams to manage digital marketing activities and reporting systems, including email marketing.
• Identifying trends and measuring marketing activity through collection and analysis of relevant data.
• Keeping up to date with opportunities to further brand awareness through advertising, PR, and award opportunities.
• Project managing collateral marketing material production such as newsletters, booklets, and brochures.
• Developing a strategy across social channels such as writing content publications and increasing social media platform presence.
• Effective budget monitoring and management.

The successful candidate will have:

• Demonstrable success in creating and delivering online and offline marketing strategies.
• A very high standard of written English, with excellent proof-reading, and the ability to write fantastic marketing content.
• Great understanding of MS Teams and its functionality, such as planners, file organisation, and notes.
• Strong MS Office skills across Word and Excel.
• Proven ability to negotiate excellent terms and successfully manage budgets for maximum return.
• Experience working with designers and agencies both internally and externally to deliver on-brand vision and great returns on investment.
• Track record working across social media platforms as well as making the most of traditional marketing methods.
• Successful experience monitoring and analysing the success of marketing campaigns and tools, adjusting and improving as necessary.
