Salary: £30-32,000 per annum, pro rata

Location: Sevenoaks

Our client, an independently owned building material supplier, has a rare opening for a part time PA to provide general administrative support to the MD. This is an entirely office-based role, in the Sevenoaks area, working 3 days per week, flexibly according to which days the MD is in.

Duties include:

  • Diary management, arranging meetings and refreshments, and making travel arrangements.
  • Minute taking, printing, and filing.
  • Handling correspondence and dealing with incoming telephone queries and emails.
  • Making telephone calls and liaising with customers, suppliers, and other external stakeholders.
  • Co-ordinating events and making related arrangements including bookings and refreshments.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Solid experience in senior level PA roles in fast-paced environments.
  • A professional, reliable, and flexible approach.
  • A proactive and organised attitude, confident to work unsupervised.
  • Excellent skills with MS Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Great verbal and written communication skills.
  • Calmness under pressure.
  • Confidence supporting at MD level and liaising with external stakeholders on his behalf.
