Part time Customer Call Handler
£17,000 per annum (£11.25 per hour)
Tonbridge Location - Remote working after training
29 hours per week

We have multiple positions open for call handlers. This is an ideal role for someone that is looking for flexibility around a standard 9 - 5 with remote working position.

Set Shift Pattern:

Thursday & Friday 8am - 8pm

Saturday 9am - 5pm

This role is to take customer calls and be the first point of contact for home emergencies for a large claims company. If you have strong customer services background and have excellent communication skills, then this is the role for you!

The role will include 4 weeks training, located in Tonbridge.

Key skills

  • Previous Customer Services, either retail, contact centre, hospitality
  • Having a calm and empathetic approach to calls
  • Ability to apply excellent administrative skills to update system notes on customer accounts
  • Excellent attention to detail whilst working at a fast pace
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Able to build great relationships with customers
