There is an exciting opportunity for a Production Assistant to join a successful company based in the Mid Kent area. My client is looking for an enthusiastic, hardworking and organised individual, who is wanting to develop their career and have longevity in a new role.

Duties for the role include:

• Processing sales orders
• Creating production paperwork
• Working with internal teams collaboratively
• Maintaining consistent communication for seamless processes
• Raising purchase order numbers
• Preparing invoice paperwork
• General administrative duties
• Creating quality checklists
• Inputting into spreadsheets
• Supporting with monthly audit

To be considered for this Production Assistant role you will have/ be:

• Some office based experience, ideally within an industrial environment
• Educated to a good standard of GCSEs, although at least A Levels is preferred
• A meticulous attention to detail
• The ability to use all MS Office applications with ease
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Numerate
• Reliable and flexible
• Positive with a good work ethic
• Seeking a long term opportunity
