Due to an increase in workload a highly successful company based in Larkfield are looking for someone to join their team on a 4-6 month contract assignment Purchase Ledger.

This is a part time position working 4 hours a day Monday to Friday. (negotiable)

Salary £20000 to £22000

Key Responsibilities:

  • Code and check invoices
  • Work out VAT payments (so you'll finally be able to use your GCSE maths)
  • Pay out money via BACS or by cheque
  • Check and reconcile supplier statements
  • File invoices and statements
  • Deal with purchase enquiries
  • Process staff expenses
