A rare opportunity has become available for an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk looking for a challenging interim role based in Mid-Kent.

My client, a market leader in their field are looking for a tenacious Accounts Assistant to join them for 6 months. Due to the nature of the industry, the role requires someone who has experience working within a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include:

  • High-volume invoice processing
  • Matching invoices to PO numbers and updating system
  • Reconcile supplier statements
  • Respond and resolve supplier queries
  • Prepare for weekly payment runs
  • Set up new suppliers/ new starters on the system
  • Identify process improvements.
