A new exciting opportunity has become available for a Recruitment Manager to join our market leading client within the Accounts and Finance sector!

Our client is seeking an enthusiastic Recruitment Professional to join them team on a full-time, permanent basis. If successful, you will be working within the HR team supporting the HR Director with the complete 360 recruitment process, over 8 offices across Kent, Sussex and London.

You will already have relevant 360 recruitment experience, from either agency or internal (or ideally both). Your role will be to provide a high-quality talent acquisition service to all internal divisions, with emphasis on sourcing suitable candidates for volume recruitment.

Your duties will include:

  • Supervising the recruitment team running various reports on performance, keeping track of recruiting metrics, reducing financial costs on agency expenses and management of the PSL
  • Working with key hiring managers within the business to understand all recruitment requirements and providing advise on suitable recruitment methods
  • Creating high quality job adverts/descriptions, researching and choosing relevant job advertising options
  • Building excellent working relationships with universities, schools and colleges to maintain yearly volume recruitment of students/ graduates, taking full ownership of student recruitment
  • Managing suitable applicants, headhunting and direct sourcing new talent using numerous job boards
  • Organising assessment days, interviews and testing for interested candidates
  • Supporting new employees into the business by providing guidance and overseeing the full onboarding process
  • Maintaining and developing excellent relationships with HR professionals, colleges and other partners by attending job fairs and career events when required
  • Overseeing, updating and posting on all social media platforms regarding career opportunities and updates
  • Managing the budget control for all aspects of the recruitment team across all sites

Experience required:

  • Previous experience of working within Recruitment, either in-house or agency - preferably both!
  • The ability to multitask in a very fast paced environment
  • A high level of attention to detail
  • First class communication and great relationship building skills
  • A driven, self-motivated personality
  • The ability to manage your own workload and work well under pressure
  • Flexibility to travel for work
  • Experience of using IT systems, databases and MS Office Applications, being able to manipulate and retrieve data
  • A real team player who is willing to get stuck in and throw their hand to any task put forward
