Recruitment Resourcer - Accounts and Finance Division

18-22k DOE + bonus + bens + progression


Due to growth, we are currently seeking a switched on and organised Resourcer to support two busy consultants within our established Accounts and Finance team here at Pearson Whiffin, with the opportunity to learn the ropes by shadowing successful recruitment professionals, with plenty of scope to progress!

The duties of this role will be varied and require someone flexible, adaptable and with a good sense of humour!

Duties will include:

  • Providing comprehensive administrative support, including formatting documents, writing job adverts, organising and confirming interviews, acting as gatekeeper, creating and managing spreadsheets, managing the CRM system
  • Speaking with Accounts professionals on a daily basis on behalf of the consultants, discussing their job search requirements and distributing to the consultants
  • Use of job boards to support with resourcing for roles
  • Screening candidates for jobs
  • Using a wide range of recruitment techniques to attract talent including social media
  • Registering candidates face to face and over the phone
  • Potentially going out to external meetings and exhibitions
  • Supporting with payroll administration and queries weekly for any temporary workers
  • Any other duties as required

The successful candidate will ideally have/be:

  • A people person, able to build relationships easily and negotiate different personalities
  • Confident and not afraid to pick up the phone!
  • Educated to A Level or beyond ideally, good GCSE grades will be considered with some working experience
  • Good MS Office skills, particularly Word and Excel
  • Well-presented and spoken
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • Organised with the ability to juggle multiple, changing priorities in a calm and professional manner
  • Able to write well, with good spelling and grammar
  • A natural commercial acumen
  • A good understanding of the need for confidentiality and discretion when necessary
  • Some working experience - customer service, sales, recruitment or accounts and finance preferred
