Recruitment Specialist

100% remote

3 month FTC

£23-26k DOE

We are pleased to present a brand-new role working for a busy and growing business within the health-care sector, who are looking for an Internal Recruitment Specialist to join them for 3 months working exclusively from home!

Duties include:

• Supporting the recruitment team to provide an excellent service to hiring managers
• Offering advice and guidance on recruitment, adverts and talent engagement
• Employing a range of techniques in order to source candidates via various channels
• Take ownership of recruitment pipeline
• Screening candidates, arranging interviews and managing the process end to end
• Advising on best practice
• Proactively working to improve processes
• Any other ad-hoc projects as required

Experience required:

• Previous recruitment experience - 360 degree recruitment preferred
• Strong organisation and time management skills
• Confident and professional telephone manner
• Self-motivated and proactive
• Exceptional interpersonal skills
• Flexibility to travel where necessary - attending exhibitions/events/meetings UK wide including regular overnight stays
