Sales Administrator

Mid Kent

£20-24k

8am-5pm Monday-Friday

My client is looking to recruit an experienced Sales Administrator. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a successful, leading company as a part of their team.

Duties to include:

  • Working alongside the customer service team to ensure excellent service is delivered
  • Communicating with customers to book orders
  • Processing and managing orders
  • Managing accounts with the help of the External Sales team
  • Providing support to the External Sales team
  • Working effectively with internal departments
  • Communicating with customers, answering calls, and assisting customers' queries
  • Using internal systems accurately to produce data

The right candidate will have/ be:

  • Experience within a similar role
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • A good understanding of all MS Office applications
  • Educated to a good level
  • Be adept at working independently as well as with a team
  • Organised with good eye for detail
