Service Desk Analyst

I am working with a large UK company who are looking for someone to join their service desk team supporting around 1000 users. The team deal with all 1st - 2nd line issues, including supporting mobile devices, a range of hardware from desktops to tablets on a shift basis. Shifts operate between 7:00am - 7:00pm, there are NO night shifts.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Supporting users on a variety of systems, including Windows 7, 10, Office 2013 and 2016
  • Supporting a variety of Hardware from desktops, laptops and tablets
  • Supporting mobile devices including Blackberries, Apple and Samsung
  • Hardware builds and deployment
  • Software deployment
  • Basic Active Directory manipulation
