Pearson Whiffin Education are currently recruiting for a Chemistry teacher on a permanent basis in the Thanet area. Working on behalf of our grammar school client who will take a Science teacher with QTS or NQTS, who clearly demonstrates a passion for Science (Chemistry) and working with high performing students.

In this role you will be required to teach Science at KS3 and Biology at KS4 (GCSE and IBACC) and KS5 (A-Level). You will work with a strong department of teachers, technicians and support staff who share your commitment to personal development and the progress of the students in your care.

In order to apply for this role, you must have the following:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Capacity to stretch and challenge even the most academic of student
• Manage students with high ambitions and aspirations
• You must be hardworking & committed to outstanding classroom delivery
• Recent experience in a science teaching position - ideally in Chemistry
