Duties include:

• Working effectively to meet and exceed targets
• Ensuring customer data is kept up to date.
• Actively sell new articles in every call to extend product range
• Growing existing accounts by identifying new opportunities and dealing with incoming queries efficiently.
• Building great relationships over the phone in order to identify and understand key customer requirements.
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation using internal systems.

The successful candidate will have/be:

• Excellent communication skills, with tons of confidence approaching new contacts.
• Great ability to quickly build rapport over the phone, negotiating and closing calls effectively.
• Bags of energy to make volume calls and keep up with documentation.
• A growth mindset with lots of ambition and drive to exceed targets.
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
