Customer Service Administrator



Our Medway based client are looking to recruit a Customer Service Administrator on a temporary basis with a start available immediately.

In this busy administrative role you will focus on ensuring outstanding customer service and accurate order processing.

Your duties will include:

  • Processing orders for allocated accounts, investigating and communicating shortages
  • Monitoring daily dispatched/intakes
  • Reviewing stock levels and creating stock reports - Using Excel
  • Processing and managing returns
  • General administrative tasks
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm

You will have:

  • Experience of working within a customer orientated environment
  • Have excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
  • Be highly organised and able to work well under pressure
  • Good problem solving skills and attention to detail
  • Working knowledge of MS Office packages - (MUST HAVE Strong Excel skills)
